Luke Skywalker has finished the recharging station. It's not finished, so it will take a day for a full charge of my main power supply and backup. It also can't be moved yet, so I would have to be at his housing unit in Heropa, #19, for the duration.

But he also hasn't said he's going yet. Cassian could say no. He probably wouldn't, and perhaps there's a good reason not to, like some kind of flaw or reason he hasn't thought of that could be dangerous (unlikely), or maybe Cassian will need him (more likely), but overall, he's waiting for a go-ahead. ]
