The two words your precious federation hides behind to keep from going to help people who need you. So here is someone who needs you. You have three years. You can keep to your Prime Directive and stay to yourself, ignore what they're going through. Don't help. Or you can violate the prime directive and help his people, save countless lives. But never work in Starfleet again."
