He wasn't used to people sticking around either, definitely wasn't used to planning or counting on a future… but Jyn wasn't people… he trusted her, he believed her. It was just good now and then to get the reminders to shake off all the irrelevant experiences and expectations. Because he'd never expected to share something like this with anyone. And now not just anyone, but her.
